We spent the last 12 weeks of the pregnancy taking classes in the Bradley Method of natural childbirth. Its based on going into labor with a strong education of the birth process to be your own advocate to prevent unnecessary medical interventions. It teaches the husbands to be strong coaches and we practiced many relaxation techniques for pain management.
