This original 1960’s bathroom needed a complete revival to match the client’s vision of a bathroom sanctuary full of texture and warmth. The client requested a bright and airy feel for the new bathroom, with touches of travel-inspired details, complete with a soaking tub for maximum relaxation.

Bold Dupont Circle Bathroom
In this compact apartment bathroom, we leaned into bold design to turn a small space into a visual standout. After shelving the wallpaper idea, we opted for custom cement tile in a deep cobalt palette, mixing matte and gloss finishes. The tile wraps from the shower wall to the floor and continues behind the vanity to create depth and continuity. This approach plays with perspective, making the room feel larger while adding striking texture and color.
